Build

Mondays @8:30am

We utilize a combination of implements that build function and endurance as well as strength. Our Build class makes use of dumbbells, bands, and body weight exercises to increase your muscle tone, bone density, and strength.

Burn and Rebalance

Wednesdays @8:30am

​Rev up your metabolism with our cardio class focused on keeping your heart rate elevated in a fun mix of movements and intervals. Once properly warmed up, our Burn class will keep you moving through flexibility movements, band drills, agility ladders, and light hoping exercises. Our Rebalance portion of the class makes use of foam rollers, specific injury preventative core work, and posture improving exercises that leave you walking away truly Rebalanced.
