Once properly warmed up, our Burn class will keep you moving through flexibility movements, band drills, agility ladders, and light hoping exercises. Our Rebalance portion of the class makes use of foam rollers, specific injury preventative core work, and posture improving exercises that leave you walking away truly Rebalanced.
