Since 2010, Jerry has been instructing the “Bootcamp” class and keeping this dedicated group of women in shape and injury free. They are moms in the local Naglee Park neighborhood in Downtown San Jose and look forward to having new people from any neighborhood join our group.

I've been participating in Jerry's boot camp workout twice a week for over SIX years now. He does enough stuff that is repetitive, so we feel confident and then he mixes it up to work on new skills and strength areas.
